Post tPA	as per protocol, generally sbp 140-180 (Note: this is for post tPA. To give tPA, must have sbp ≤ 185 and dbp ≤ 110)
Spinal cord pts	MAP < 85
SAH unsecured	MAP < 90, SBP < 140
SAH Secured	MAP 90-100, SBP < 160
